Hey there, thank you for choosing to book with NEATBYNIECE , where heathy hair is the best hair 🤌🏾 We are open Monday -Friday 9am-6pm All early apt are $25 upcharge , same day fee is $30 or after 5p appointments are $50 upcharge, $75 up charge after 6 SATURDAY & SUNDAY BOOKINGS are open for squeeze in on my off day with a $100 weekend fee $25 deposit, Deposit is NON REFUNDABLE THE REMAINING MUST BE PAID IN CASH ONLY , PLEASE BRING EXACT CASH *** how should I come to my appointment? Please make sure your hair & roots are blown out straight, extremely well, this means no shrinkage , curls & NO TANGLES!!! Please use a comb attachment for your blow dryer to achieve straight hair ! - NO OILS , leave in conditioner, heat protection or hair products of any kind , edge control or glue left in your head !!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND A WASH & BLOW OUT BY ME FOR BETTER SERVICES AND HEALTHY HAIR Failure to do so will result in a $35 inconvenience wash fee Please come picture ready ( lashes , lip gloss, make up , outfit ) whatever makes you feel pretty . I take pictures of all my work ! - ALL BOOKINGS BOOKED OUTSIDE OF MY BOOKING SITE WILL BE $25 EXTRA! - ALL SAME DAY BOOKINGS ARE AN ADDITIONAL $30 ( & MUST BE APPROVED FIRST ) -additional $50 outside of working hours - $100 house calls -100 off days - holiday booking fee of $100 IS HAIR PRIVIDED ? 1. Hair is PROVIDED for ALL styles . 2. Hair must be the same color as Loc Hair / braiding hair( I DO NOT TUCK HAIR ) 3.I only provide natural colors 1, 1b, 2, 4, & 30 ALL other colors are provided by Client ( this applies for ALL styles ) price does not differ either 4. hair past the shoulders for locs are $45 extra ! - ALL HAIR MUST BE 4 inches + , no thinning /damage / bald throughout the hair or edges ( or please consult with me first ) - If you encounter a problem with the hairstyle, Please message within 72 hours of getting it done. After 72 hrs , your complaint is null & void. - If you do not speak while in the chair about your hair I WILL NOT FIX THE PROBLEM - ALL SALES ARE FINAL , once deposit is sent style can not be changed - All same day appointment will be charged half the price upon booking ! Anything after 5pm is considered same day booking. Late Policy: - PLEASE BE ON TIME . $15 after 10 min of being late , after 20 min appointment is cancelled - please give a 24hr notice if needing to cancel or reschedule or a new deposit must be paid. - If you are needing to reschedule, you get 1 time to reschedule within the same month , after that another deposit must be made to reschedule - extra guest are NOT ALLOWED , only the person being serviced is allowed at the time of service ( this includes parents getting little ones serviced ) - no show/no call/ cancel will automatically charge your card the remaining balance. & you will be banned from booking. . Ladies . I take my time with your hair, because the after result always show for they’re self, so please do not rush me, I will kindly ask you to leave my chair 🥺Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
Deposit is non -refundable but can be used to reschedule. If you cancel within 48hr without notifying me you will not be able to book again
